Jazmin Alice Stothers was born in Hastings, New Zealand in 1993, and moved to Australia when she was two. Now eighteen and living on the Gold Coast, Queensland, she has been drawing and painting for as long as she can remember. Art is a big part of her life, and it’s how she expresses her feelings. Though art, she tells her story and shows others the world she creates.

Jazmin helped paint a murals for the Nerang Train Station as well as a few at Merrimac State High School. She won the People’s Choice Award at her high school art exhibition. Next year she will be studying Visual Arts and Secondary Teaching at Southern Cross University. Her dream is to be an art teacher, and inspire other to be creative and express themselves though art.
