ART BY JIHANE MOSSALIM
Jihane Mossalim is a Montreal-based artist, art educator, and PhD candidate in Art Education at Concordia University. Her research and artistic practice explore the relationship between traditional artmaking and emerging technologies. Drawing on posthuman and post-phenomenological perspectives, she investigates how creativity, perception, and meaning emerge through interactions between children, technologies, and physical materials. Jihane teaches elementary art and integrates experimental approaches to technology in her classroom practice. Her work bridges contemporary art, pedagogy, and critical inquiry.
