Butch Adams is our September Selected Artist

Butch Adams grew up watching Creature Features every Saturday night, hiding under the sheets as the Creature from the Black Lagoon stalked Julia Adams. Butch has always enjoyed a good scary story, and as you can see, they fired his imagination to the point where he felt compelled to capture them on paper. Butch began by creating comic books, and his first published piece was from Mirage Studios when he was sixteen. Since then, Butch has worked on various comics, and has even published his own series featuring his character Lily (shown at left). Butch started doing gallery shows in 2004, with the majority being horror related. He has begun sculplting and pouring his own original monster pieces in the last two years, some of which will be available soon. But best of all, Butch became a father six months ago to a beautiful and funny little girl. Butch can't wait to introduce her to Creature Features!
