Mike Kerins
Mike Kerins is a Manchester based artist and has gained BA Honours Degrees in Literature at The University of Manchester and Illustration and Animation at the Metropolitan University. He has had work published in both of these fields and has worked briefly for the BBC in a journalistic capacity. His political cartoons have been exhibited and have won an award.
Mike's work also includes murals in public and private buildings; and KPMG, the accountancy firm, displays a large cityscape by Mike hanging in their office. He has illustrated for Tartarus Press who publishes quality hardbacks on the supernatural, his last being Strange Tales 2, which was nominated for a World Horror Guild Award. He presently has two book covers due for publication this year and work in the ‘Reflective Stories’ exhibition travelling around Universities in the UK.
